Once I have spoken to our pipeline representative I will have a better idea of when the pipeline has/will be laid and when the wells have been frac’ed and ready for production. It generally takes around… Continue

Lester,

I will answer anything I can for you. I am contracted to CHK and run a crew of landmen for them. I will say they do not share alot of drilling information with me but I can try to find out info for you or any other landowner but can make no guarantees.

My confusiion of your posting was the mention of active drilling by St Mary Land and your reference to my section all in the same posting. Be assured CHK will soon be drilling that well for you barring any unforseen circumstances.

You are indeed correct. That is our well. However, I am confused by your posting since you show the rig and state that St Mary Land is currently drilling a well and has been for 2 weeks. My research shows no wells permitted or being drilled by St. Mary Land in 32-12-13. Are you combining 2 different subjects here? Those signs as you can see have Chesapeake listed as operator. The rig appears to be a Trinidad drilling rig but it is hard to make out the name in the picture. Is this the rig that is actually set onsite in 32-12-13 or is this a rig being used by St. Mary Land elsewhere?

Iam a crew chief in charge of a group of landmen operating in 12-13. I checked on Sonris when I saw your posting out of concern knowing we own all of the leases in 32-12-13 and our well is the only one permitted and is not supposed to be on location yet. Perhaps you could post a picture of the sign or double check your #'s or the township and range
