My wife and I received a letter from Mark O'Neal & Associates, Inc. stating their formal notice of withdrawal of an offer to lease our mineral interests. We have never had any type of communication with this Land Company, or any other Land Company for that matter. Below is the contents of the letter we received today:

I would send notice to the company stating your ownership of rights to the well.

Also don't be discouraged. I subscribe to the Bossier records and Petrohawk and Chesapeake have both leased very little property recently.

Hopefully things will pick up after the first of the year.

And please keep us informed. The more information we all share with each other the better we can get fair leases from the companies.
