Current Offers recieved-How Much? By Whom? Where? POST THEM AND AREA SO WE CAN COMPARE

We need to start a database to compare offers which are running from $125. to a Claimed $30.000 an Acre. PLEASE, NO "I HEARD...."s!

There are over 400 landmen trying to cash in by leasing low .

Knowledge is power. Post your offers so we can compare and weed out the rumors and lies. Before we all get "force pooled" Lets try to keep it useful,HOW MUCH? BY WHOM? LOCATION OR AREA? Thanx!

i waiting for an offer;joined my group back in june; they said they have presented all info to chk an others back in august but nothin yet and they said if everybody around is leased or getting leased it will benefit us,but to my understanding it would not.sec.3 t16n r14w.
Cedar Grove $5500 Mayo Rd off Linwood $12,500 Twin Cities on both last week
do you know if they have said anything about the mlk area or do you know someone that has property in that area.
yes it's family. the twin city office is at jewella and meriwether
the cedar grove lease bonus was paid however the linwood offer was cancelled and landman said that CHK will not be leasing any more until after the 1st of the year.
Force pool is not so bad assuming they actually put a well or wells in your area.
If anyone has a new offer made on or after 10/10/08,please post no manner how low it may be. Force pooling looks better today.
Offer of $3500 an ac. near intersection of Jewella & W. 70th. This was made to a close family member and verified. Chesapeake made the offer. They rejected it
The last offer I had was $9,500 a couple of weeks ago. However, whenever I called to agree to the lease, nobody has called me back. I live in Caddo Parish, LA around Cross Lake off Yarborough Rd & S. Lakeshore Dr. The original offer was $17,500; but, I work out of state and was unable to execute it in time. In a month's time it fell to $9,500.
