As always, thanks
If you own 10 acres in a section do you still recieve royalties out of the well?

If you own the minerals rights for the 10 acres and are leased, you will receive royalty. If you are not leased (UMO), then when the well pays out, you'll receive your proportional share of the wells production as a working interest owner and carried by the operator.

If your 10 acres are including in the drilling unit, yes.  Most Haynesville units are a single section.  If you own 10 acres then you have the mineral rights to 1/64th of that  +/- 640 acre unit.
