I haven't seen Katie chime in to give us comfort.  Has she headed for the hills?  Getting ready for Armageddon???

She is just an employee with a job to do who has tried, when possible, to be helpful.  She is NOT the problem.

I don't think he's picking on Katie, SB.  He probably just noticed, as I have, that she hasn't been "seen" recently.  She has tried to be helpful and your are right that we should acknowledge her effort.

I agree 100%.  She is not the problem.  She seems to be a very nice person.  I am just saying her silence speaks volumes about the company she works for.  At some point it is hard to defend the indefensible.
