I recently just found out that I was forced pool by error of the Landman that signed by ex-husband and not me. They told me that they only leased his portion but not mine. Now what should happen? The Well has been drilled and now producing. When he leased the land 2 years ago i assumed it was for all of it not just his portion. They did not bother to ask me and I did not realize what was happening.

You should start getting checks as soon as the operating company pays off the expenses of the well. Actually in the long run you got lucky.
You could help all the rest of us out, if you would please start a blog of what happens to you. Many people on this site are looking for someone who has actually been force-pooled. We are all very interested in the following:
- How long until you started getting your checks?
- How much was deducted for drilling and operating costs?
- Did the O&G company work with you, or did you have to pull teeth to get data and info and production checks?
Any number of people on this site would love to follow your story.
I will answer just as soon as i find out anything. I do know that I won't get any royalties until after the well pays for itself, which could take a couple of years.
It will be to your bennefit to have the well(s) numbers to follow them on sonrislite. If you post your township numbers and section you are in that will help those of us who follow the well production data. Tom 16 15 25
If this is a HS well, get the production, some in Elm Grove paid out in under a month.
It is a Haynesville VERTICAL well drilled by Camterra with much less production.
