The appears to be some leasing activity going on in Harrison County and west Caddo this week. Anyone have anything working else where?
Also a word of caution from the Attorney General about a Direct Mail mineral rights "Scam". The presentation includes a check and a contract signing away your mineral rights forever.
Careful folks. And, as always. read everything.

Not sure if it was just a rumor,but i heard the oil and gas guys were in florien this past weekend leasing up land.does ayone know? some are sayin they are giving offers of 400,000.seems alitte much to me,so i figured i would ask the people who are keeping up with all of it.i live on peason rd,out in plainview just wondering if they are getting close to here.

A lady in S Shreveport showed me a check attached with a letter/contract to lease there land and purchase there mineral rights 100 %. It was only for something like $2500.00 and they have 5 acres. Jed
