Saudis Seeking Shale Assets

Just saw on CNBC  the Saudis are seeking to buy struggling shale assets.  The big question is whether or not this is a move to damage/destroy the shale revolution or nothing at all.  The Chinese are already here.   Will post copy when it arrives
