Skip, Have you had any news of XTO exiting the leases in their Natchitoches Parish production area. We have been contacted with lease offers for properties held by production in the XTO Blankenship #1, 32-10-10 unit.. We just recently received back payment from XTO for production from the Blankenship unit fo the year 2016. Thanks for any info you may have..
Regards,

All the leases under the Blankenship #1 effectively expired after three months of non-production in July 2016. Mineral lessors should have made a demand for a release of their leases at that time. XTO, or any other company, will rarely let you know when one of their leases expires. The lessors must be paying attention.
