The Louisiana Senate Committee on Environmental Quality will host a special public hearing about Haynesville Shale activities at 9 a.m. March 11 in the Bossier City Council chambers.
The impact of work in the natural gas formation in northwest Louisiana on water supplies, the environment, local infrastructure and public safety also will be discussed.
