From the link:

In 2011, natural gas prices at Henry Hub were down about 9% over 2010. The price of natural gas fell from the mid- $4/MMBtu at the beginning of the year to under $3/MMBtu by December. The price remained at the $3/MMBtu level through the end of the year and reached parity with Central Appalachian coal.

Cheaper fuel cost will wake up all the power generation board room meetings.
