I'm in your section and have signed NBLOI with ShreveCentre Coalition. We haven't heard anything yet from the HOA or SCC. Neither have I seen any information re. permits being requested or applied for, but I may need to check.
Petrohawk has permit for well #238527 in sec.26 T17N-13W going over 14,000'in Cedar Grove field (that's us isn't it). Sec. 34 is next to it. Sklar has two proposed units next to us, also. I didn't sign lease intent. Wouldn't they want to lease small parts next to a producing well?
Don't know if I sent the attachment correctly.

Okay, I looked on SONRIS under wells by section, township, range. These two wells come up for our section.

Well #149050 FA Fuller Cedar Grove Field Bossier Parish (yes, because of old river)
MRT Exploration (operator) Status-plugged & abandoned

Well # 200183 Dutton same field, parish, Status-permit expired

The way the map you created is labeled, it's difficult determining which section is which. I believe the section labeled T17n, R13w, 34 is actually section 37 based on the fact that it's close to the old river bed. Section 34 is actually the white one under the T17 part of that label.

I could be wrong. If anybody knows differently we would appreciate your input.
I know. I was saying Petrohawk has two new permits dated 8/22/08 and 8/28/08 in section 37 next to us. Maybe they'll be big and they'll come on down to our section to lease. The $$$$ is in the royalties.
A lot of the neighborhoods in 34 are throwing in with Shreve Centre Coalition and waiting for them to negotiate. Take a look at their website and note the long list of neighborhoods. I also believe LSUS is in our section, so that would be state land I think.
