Forced Pooling

Can someone explain the two options available to the land owner who is being force pooled? I believe they are:
1. Consenting
2. Non-Consenting
Please, someone explain them to me. Thanks very much.

Pete, Scroll down to the bottom of this page. At the end of this list of discussions you will see View All. Click on that and it will bring up all discussions. At the top of that page is a search engine for discussions. Type in Forced Pooling. Hope this helps.
