Does anybody know about the Caddo Heights meeting by Twin Cities?

I have a small piece of land in Caddo Heights area, but could not attend the meeting. I was just wondering if anyone knew what Twin Cities was "offering" in that area. Thanks

I went to one of their meetings earlier this summer in the Broadmoor neighborhood. At the time, their bonus was $5,500/acre and I think 20% royalty. There were many other questionable clauses in their lease. The presentations were repeated in shifts because the church sanctuary where the meeting was held could only accomodate about 300 people at a time. As our group left the presentation, I didn't see anyone sign & turn over a lease, but I guess it's possible someone did.

As of July, I know representatives from Caddo Heights attended the first organizational meeting of Shreve Centre Coalition. I believe Caddo Heights has a neighborhood group listed on the city's Haynesville website and you can find contact info there. You should be able to contact their representatives to find out more.

Hope this helps.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
