Doesn't tell me nothing because it don't open for me.
No it does not. Still can't open the website.
No still can't get there from here any suggestions?
Sounds great! I would love to go.
Sounds interesting. Looks like a chance for some positive PR for some companies, not nesscarily everyone will buy it. Free parking is inviting also. I am going to pencil it in.
Thanks, Mr. Buckner. Funny thing is most people work on Fridays, usually get off around 5:00. The other thing that makes me uncomfortable is that the 4 energy companies have teamed up with our newspaper. Kind of difficult to do objective reporting when you're on their "team."
LOL - Would you want to witness it?
Now you're going to have nightmares. Any thoughts about the newspaper being on the "team." I'm fully in favor of the ''freedom of press" thing, but it seems to me more & more the corporate advertisers/sponsors are now controling more & more of this "freedom" instead of the government. I know, I know, newspapers are now also corporations themselves, and as such are entitled to make a profit.
There have been some attempts, like the water well issues, but usually buried. Unfortunately, since we no longer have the Shreveport Journal, we've got to read what we've got, then dig some more. Fortunately, we've got access to many more resources via the internet.

My question to Jim Krow was what HE thougt about the "team." Thanks.
Thanks Rosebud, it is a wonderful graphic art & website. One question if you don't mind, since your daughter has a little insight, just who is the intended audience for this Expo? I'm having a hard time conceiving they wanted to include the everyday joe.
Thanks again Rosebud. Any idea who Mr. Perryman is & what his credentials are?
I do a little freelance web designing - so this is constructive criticism, not a flame. The graphic she designed (in the middle of the page saying "Save the Date") is beautiful, but she (or the web designer) needs to shrink down the resolution. Right now they have the high-res graphic scaled down. I have a 10MB/s connection and I noticed that graphic loaded slowly. I could only imagine how slow it would be for someone with a slow DSL or cable connection... or God forbid - dialup!

That being said, I am glad to see some of the talent that is getting pulled in here. Tell her to keep up the good work!
