My parents live in Green Acres Place, off Benton Rd North of I-220 in Bossier. The home owner's association has told them to expect a letter from Twin Cities for $9,500/acre and 25% royalty. Most home owners have .20 acres.

I guess the economic down turn could end up being the best thing that ever happened to Chesapeake.
