John,

The north west portion of cross lake was leased 6-11-08 by CHK. These state leases can be found on Sonris (acquired by Manna) and encompass over two thousand acres of the lake at $14,500/ac and over $28 million in lease bonus. These leases are for one year with a rental option for succeeding years of 50% of the lease bonus. I would expect drilling activity within the year to HBP.
THANKS FOR THE INFO L.L. IM ON THE SOUTH SIDE NEAR JOLLY NAPIER.SO IS IT LEASE?
Your land in is T18N-R15W-S33. On 10/08/08, T18N-R15W S31, S32, S33, S36 were leased from the state for $2,392 per acre.
The State leases are for a Three year primary term; however it is standard for a state lease to include a "delay rental". If no prodution or drilling activity has occurred then the rental is due to maintain the lease.
GRICE WHERE DID TIU FIND THE UNFO. DID YOU HERE IT OR ITS ON SORIS.IF IT ON SORIS HOW DO YOU FIND IT?

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
