Is this what you have been offered???? If so by whom and do you have any contact info. on them?
More info please. Parish? Township? Or closest city or town?
Yes yes
Is this something you have witnessed first hand? There is a lot of rumor going around. If this is true, it is the highest I have heard of both in up front money and royalty.

Sect 23, Town 19 N, Range 14 W, 1st offer today 6,000/acre 25 %
Congrats, Mike. That's good news to me. Highest offer I've heard this far north. Hope they will come east a couple of parishes.
Mike, I'm sect 19, T19N, R13W. That's Bossier Parish, next to the river, about 4.5 miles north of I-220. Does that put you right across the river from me?
Yes- I'm right across the river

KFLY AND MIKE,

Since youu two guys, or gals, are on the river, would, ocould, you tell me anything about your riparian rights PLEASE!!!!!!
