Yes, it is a 50 foot right of way with a 25 foot temporary. It is going from east texas to Keithville. It will be 2 - 12 inches lines (1 high pressure and 1 low pressure). It will be used to connect wells to. They have it surveyed now going through Hwy 169 and Adams Road. I imagine they are past the state line road now. hey grandma i have property in cass county where they are also bringing a pipeline across. it may be the same one as yours. a friend of mine recieved $4000.00 per acre for the easement. also he had stipulations about reseeding and grass coverage etc.
