Sections that were assigned to other companies

My section is 35, 16, 14 & sect. 2, 15,14.. Back in May Empressa Energy assigned our leases to Camterra, My lease is for my land which is in Sect 35 and in Sect 2. the assignment was only for Section 35, not for Sect 2,. Camterra is now putting a rig up in Section 2. How does this work when getting royalties or since Empressa still has section 2.
