CPA's signing bonus

Has anyone heard of CPA's meeting with groups of landowners and charging a % of the signing bonus?

what group is he representing? any ideas? and fee or percentages?

We are using Steve Roberts, CPA and his firm, found him to be very reliable, knowledgable and helpful. We contacted him on our own, Very upfront. In my opinion, I think he is very respectable and decent and you will be able to trust him.
