Call the City and find out the company that leased the State Land (lake bottom) for those sections. I live on the North side and have been following the leasing of Cross Lake in my area. In T17nR15w, Manna Acq. (CHK) leased sections 4 and 5 at the DNR lease sale in BR on 6/11/08 for $14,500/ac. Pinnacle Leasing was the low bid at $8,500/ac.
