Mortgage Lenders Who Recognize Haynesville Shale Royalty Income?

Anyone know of home lenders who have worked this into their loan eligibility calculations? My lender's underwriter has never heard of Haynesville Shale.

No but I did see and ad for Mortgaging mineral intersts.

I didn't click onto it. It was just a google ad.
