Southern Trace Area

Does anyone know how I can find out the TSR for Southern Trace and if any drilling is going on? And if the minerals are owned by the landonwners? Thank you.

The section is 32 the township is 16n and the range is 13w. Yes there is drilling currently in progress. It started on 8/17/08. Not sure on the mineral ownership.
