Alternative Fuels Vehicle Conversion Facility to Open in Elkhart, Indiana

California Based Vehicle Conversion Company, Creative Bus Sales, Is Set to Open a New Dedicated Alternative Fuel Bus Conversion Facility in Elkhart County, Indiana

CHINO, CA--(Marketwire - August 10, 2010) - Creative Bus Sales has announced its formal expansion into Elkhart County, Indiana. The 30,000 sq ft facility, located at 28293 Clay Street in Elkhart will initially be used to perform alternative fuel conversions on buses, trucks, and vans. The process will take gas powered vehicles and convert them to run on clean burning propane and compressed natural gas (CNG). The operation will be conducted under the name Green Alternative Systems or GAS. The focus of the business will be to provide conversions to OEM bus manufacturers and dealers across the country.

"The Elkhart location offers many distinct advantages including close proximity to bus manufacturers, an educated workforce and a central location which will allow us a competitive advantage on freight," said Creative Bus Sales President Tony Matijevich.

The new facility is the second completely dedicated alternative fuels vehicle conversion facility to be opened by Creative Bus Sales. When running at full capacity this facility will be able to turn out hundreds of conversions each year. Occupancy has already begun and new employee hiring is underway. Elkhart local Joseph Craig has been selected to run the facility for Creative Bus Sales.
