This is my first post as a newbie. Hello to all and glad to be here. I have a small interest in Wilcox production here in Rapides Parish so I am aware of what some are doing here and one project that interests me and may interest some of you is the reentry that Addison Oil is doing or has done on their Murray 1-a, section 29 1N 2W, serial #217726. It is a Chalk well that I think was the discovery well for the field. Operations have ceased and all conections are complete. They had a decent flare while testing but so far nothing published. Shut in with 8k psi.
It looks to me that reentries may be a cheap way to grab some Chalk Oil.
I haven't any working knowledge of these type wells and am wondering what casing requirements are necessary. Would a 7 5/8 23# cased hole to 11300' be a viable candidate?
Thanks in advance.

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly.
