That's language already in most Deed of Trusts...file bankruptcy and you forfeit your loan.. People don't usually pay much attention to Deed of Trust instrument then they closing on real estate..but its the little bugger that makes it good idea to have your attorney check one out...it has teeth in it and they are all there to bite the borrower's butt and take care of the lender..but doesn't it have a sweet sound..deed of trust... So I would think the leases might have some language in them ..I am going to read mine over in next couple of days just to see how it reads and if it addresses the issue and yes..bankruptcy court is federal. But GoshDarn has some points that should worry any of us..it won't be first time I have been screwed without a kiss.
