We are considering going UMI on all of our properties. But I would like to talk to someone who has been there .. done that. Someone who has been a UMI with a producing well to see what hoops they had to jump through, what level of cooperation they had from the drilling/gas company, did they pencil whip you for your royalties? Any information would be appreciated to help us make a decision. We have several tracts of land, but not any large acreage. Please share your experience.
