I cannot recomend anyone higher than their company. I strongly believe that they are an ethical company.

No, we have not leased yet. We have our land with an O/G attorney. We are not experts by any means, but we are researching and talking to people to gather information. According to the most recent maps, the HS play has shifted to the east and to the north. The state has issued 13 well permits for sec. 17n-11w in the last 6 months. According to our information, your land is adjacent to the big well that came in last week in sec 9/16n/11w (2 miles) from your section. Take heart- You are in a hot spot!

We have property in T17N R-11W. We are leased, but I am also looking for confirmation of activity north of Elm Grove. We leased very early, before the play got really hot. I am trying to convince myself that it is a good sign and that we are in a good spot, but I am nervous we are close to the northern border of the play. Are you leased? If so when?
