Buying Land with minerals
I am interested in buying land in NW LA or ETX area, probably 80-150 contiguous acres, preferrably raw land for investment. My question is: where would be the best place to buy inexpensive property like this, and possibly some that I could purchase the minerals also? Timber would also play a big part in selecting land.

Do you know something we don't know about this area? Just wondering, why you are so interested in buying land and purchasing minerals when it seems to be at a standstill at this time. Are things about to start-up, break lose again??
