Cortez Resources LLC
Has anyone done business with Cortez Resources LLC out of Dallas? We've been contacted about leasing mineral rights in Louisiana (DeSoto), so any info members could share about experience with them positive/negative would be appreciated. Cortez acquires the mineral interests and then partners with a driller - they've been active in the Eagle Ford Shale but not necessarily Haynesville. Thanks much.
