So, to further ask questions, has anyone heard anything more regarding the resolution between the Lignite Miners and EOG in Section 14 Township 11 Range 13W?

So far, it seems the two competing industries are working out their differences through negotiations The natural gas companies are being required to formally notify the lignite mining companies of a proposed well location in advance of spudding, and if the lignite company disagrees with the proposed location there is a meeting of the parties. The goal of the negotiations, of course, is to allow maximum development of both of these natural resources.
