Not lately.

John

Yes, on two existing wells in LaSalle County, Texas.  They paid us, then said they OVERPAID us and would send no more royalty checks until the difference was made up.  Then we received pooling agreements to sign and now they have issued another set of Division Orders for the same wells.  I would certainly like to know what is going on. I intend to call them but have not done so yet.

My family has small interests only, but even so, their actions are questionable to us.  A response  from anyone experienced in matters such as this would be welcome. In the meantime I will access the website provided above.
