I'm not suggesting that you not communicate with members who own minerals in the unit. Only that for legal advise you should seek the assistance of a qualified professional.
Permalink Reply by Joe Deerhunter on January 10, 2013 at 14:33 I have some interests there being paid by Lion Oil. they apparently bought the oils from wells brought in by McQuarrie (now Bonanza Creek). Paying royalties at same %, apparently the area is unitized or held by production. I have no specific legal advice to offer though.

I made a partial copy of the original division order , but only to the point shoing my mom''s interest. It will be several months before I get back home to copy more, but if you are among that wells royalty interests, Lion seems to be paying same % interest on ne wells in same area.
