Be careful in what you are asking for because you are fixing to get a bunch of responces and some will be trying to get into your back pocket.

Thank you!

Shirley, if you need legal advice I suggest that you get it from an O&G attorney instead of a member of the site.

Skip thanks but there is more to this story! Thanks for your concern! You seem to always have an input on my concerns that basically makes me wonder why you would not want me to ask other land owners questions. Been strong armed already today do not need another person doing so! I do have advisor as of 30 mintues ago... I still would like to know who has interest in the units. Thanks.
Skip if you were really looking after my best interest I'm sorry! Bad day! I will be careful to whom I talk too! Thanks.

You're welcome, Shirley.  If you need an Arkansas O&G attorney I can refer you. I'm not suggesting that you not communicate with members who own minerals in the unit. Only that for legal advise you should seek the assistance of a qualified professional.

I have some interests there being paid by Lion Oil.  they apparently bought the oils from wells brought in by McQuarrie (now Bonanza Creek).   Paying royalties at same %, apparently the area is unitized or held by production.  I have no specific legal advice to offer though.

Thank you Joe, I requested a list of all
Participating Parties in the Dorcheat. I did obtain legal services, needed to
for some time... Like Skip stated it is always best to have legal support for both parties. We shall talk soon if your are in those units....

Shirley, you're elcome!  Please keep me informed.  I made a partial copy of the original division order , but only to the point shoing my mom''s interest.  It will be several months before I get back home to copy more, but if you are among that wells royalty interests, Lion seems to be paying same % interest on ne wells in same area.
