Fred, the bulk of the drilling in Lincoln for the last four or five years is by Wildhorse Resources.  They are a private energy company and do not publicize their plans or results.  Use this link to the state database to review their area of development and individual wells.

Skip, I am in T 18 N, R 2 W, Section 15, and Nadel & Gussman Ruston, LLC has drilled several wells East of me and are starting a well in Section 10 with the drilling site about .3 mile North of my boder line.  Claring site now.  I was curious if I might be in the unit if the well is successful as the others have been?  Hearing scheduled today Commissioner of Conservation to the issuance of an Order pertaining to the Cotton Valley Formation, Reservoir C, Choudrant Field, Lincoln Parish.  I know years ago there were wells on my land (before I bought it about 25 years ago) and I assume they were shallower than what is being proposed which is about 9,685 to 12,750 depth as best I can determine.

Skip:

I think Nadel and Gossman is setting up a drilling rig just north of my property in Lincoln Parish.  Section 15, in Township 18 N - Range 2 W.  The location is in the Section just north of me (Section 15) and is Section 10, I believe?  It is just a few hundred yards north of my north property line.  How can I verify this?  I tried the link you sent me previously, but that has been over a year ago now and the data is not current?

The only rig drilling for Nadel & Gussman as of the last weekly rig report was Nabors Drilling Rif #735, the Lincoln Farms 3H #1, Section 3 - 18N - 3W.  There is no permit today for Section 10 - 18N - 2W. 

Are you seeing a location being built?  Or a rig being set up?
