Welcome to GHS, jackie. Read this:

And join the DeSoto Parish group.

Also it is helpful to know the township and range associated with the sections you list. There are 4 townships in the vicinity of Keatchie, 3 in DeSoto and 1 in Caddo Parish 13N-16W, 13N-15W, 14N-15W and 14N-16W. Each of those townships have sections 20, 21 28, 29. If you have a lease the legal description will contain the section-township-range.

You can also check out this thread that was posted the other day...http://www.gohaynesvilleshale.com/forum/topics/indigo-minerals-appl...

The townships are 14n and  15w

14N-15W is a single township but that helps to identify a 6 mile square area in which to look.  The sections you mention are Chesapeake sections at least for the Haynesville Sale.  Chesapeake has 4 wells permitted about 3 miles to your north, none for your section at this time.  Chesapeake is running 4 rigs currently in DeSoto.

Thanks for the information....

I have property in Sec. 21 or 14/15 Desoto too, so am always paying attention to what goes on there. So far only 1 Haynesville well in this section
