Thanks for that info. We have been at this address for the past 40 years so I dont think that would be the problem. We may somehow have missed this because I find it very hard to believe that they would some how skip it. What has us puzzled is the fact that we show no deposits for the check and the fact that Samson is not returning our calls.
I would love the name of the attorney either way.

Attorney is Randall Davidson in Shreveport.......And don't be puzzled. I'm aware of an individual a company failed to send renewal check to. But it was a shallow lease company, not one of the major players. Company tried to talk him into accepting late check, but he refused. Good luck.
