Freestone County
The Athel Ivy Gas Unit Well No. 8 and the C. N. Williford Well No. 6 will be drilled by XTO Energy in the Teague (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field.

The No. 8 will hit 12,800 feet 2.1 miles northeast of Teague in the J. Langston Survey, A-373.

The No. 6 will hit 2,800 feet 2.9 miles southwest of Fairfield in the S. Park Survey, A-508.

Harrison County
The GMX Resources will drill the Baldwin-Mercer (Allocation) Well No. 1H to 13,000 feet in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. This well is in the Wm. Williams Survey, A-757.

Henderson County
The H.P. Barton Well No. 12 will hit 12,500 feet 8.5 miles southwest of Athens in the Tri-Cities (Cotton Valley) Field. XTO Energy will drill this well in the W. Kay Survey, A-421.

Johnson County
The Kinnear Well No. 6H and the Kinnear Well No. 7H will be drilled by Chesapeake Operating to 9,000 feet nine miles north of Cleburne in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field. The wells are in the C. Chaney Survey, A-175.

In a lease 12.6 miles northeast of Cleburne, the Willie Crowe Well No. 2H will be drilled by Devon Energy to 9,000 feet in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field. The well is in the R.M. Billingsley Survey, A-49.

Devon Energy will drill the Willie Crow Well No. 3H to 9,000 feet 12.6 miles northeast of Cleburne in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field. The well is in the R.M. Billingsley Survey, A-49.

Leon County
The Senator Ranch "A" Unit Well No. 2 will be drilled to 20,000 feet by EnCana Oil & Gas 4.5 miles south of Wealthy in the Hilltop Resort (Bossier) Field. The well is in the SA & MG RR Co. Survey, A-838.

XTO Energy will drill the Swanson Gas Unit Well No. 1 to 18,500 feet one mile west of Jewett in the Bear Grass (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field. The well is in the J.D. McBeath Survey, A-596 and may be drilled in the Bear Grass (Travis Peak or Pettit) Fields

In a lease 3.1 miles southeast of Centerville in the South Centerville (Woodbine W-1) Field, the Wallrath Well No. 1H will be drilled to 8,500 feet by Allied Operating Texas. The well is in the C. Midkiff Survey, A-14 and may be drilled in a wildcat field.

Nacogdoches County
EnCana Oil & Gas completed the Brent Miller Al Well No. 1H to 15,000 feet five miles southwest of Chireno in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. The well is in the J.A. Chireno Survey, A17.

Panola County
The C.P. Soape Well No. 18 will hit 11,000 feet 6.2 miles southeast of Carthage in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. Devon Energy completed this well is in the M. Ashton Survey, A-8.

Robertson County
XTO Energy will drill the Duncan Gas Unit No. 1 to 14,500 feet and the Duncan Gas Unit No. 1 Well No. 21 to 14,400 feet in the Bald Prairie (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field. Location of the No. 1 is 10 miles north of Franklin in the O. Denson Survey, A-126 and the No. 21 is 9.3 miles northwest of Franklin in the J. Farris Survey, A-147.

The Wright Well No. 1H will be drilled to 8,000 feet seven miles east of Franklin in a wildcat field. Rockefeller Hughes (USA) will drill this well in the L. Rollison Survey, A-39.

Rusk County
The S.S. Laird - A- Well No. 7W will be drilled to 3,900 feet 2.9 miles southwest of Kilgore in the East Texas Field by Zone Energy. The well is in the I. Ruddle Survey, A-913.

Shelby County
The Jeannine Well No. 1H will be drilled by Chesapeake Operating to 18,000 feet 9.2 miles north of Milam in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. The well is in the A. Lout Survey, A-427.

Newfield Exploration will drill the PDU "Cypress" Well No. C1 to 13,000 feet 8.6 miles east of Shelbyville in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. This well is in the P. Sparks Survey, A-1061.

Tarrant County
The East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field will see Chesapeake Operating drill two wells to 9,000 feet.

The Buckeye Well No. 1H is within the city limits of Fort Worth in the O.D. Beall Survey, A-208.

The Whitman Well No. 2H is within the city limits of White Settlement in the J. Nugent Survey, A-1173.

XTO will drill eight new wells in the East Newark Field to 10,000 feet.

The Rafael Well No. B 4H, the Rafael Well No. B 5H, the Rafael Well No. B 7H and the Rafael Well No. B 8H are 1.6 miles southwest of Mansfield in the J. Rendon Survey, A-1263.

The Mouser Unit Well No. C5H is 5.3 miles northwest of Mansfield in the M.J. Arocha Survey, A-3.

The Joe Pool Gee Unit Well No. 3H and the Joe Pool Gee Unit Well No. 5H are 3.8 miles north of Britton in the J.C. Armstrong Survey, A-43.

The A. Barksdale Unit Well No. 5H is 2.9 miles northeast of Britton in the G. Greer Survey, A-618.


COMPLETIONS

Ellis County
Chesapeake Operating completed the Cann Well No. 2HR to 12,490 feet within the city limits of Midlothian in the East Newark Field. On a .75-inch choke the well potentialed 1.778 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Barnett Shale.

EOG Resources completed the Bontke Unit Well No. 5H to 11,425 feet 5.3 miles northwest of Midlothian in the East Newark Field. On a 64/64-inch choke the well potentialed 3.352 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Barnett Shale.

Houston County
The John David Well No. 6 and the Federal NM-A-19772 Well No. 31 have been completed by Basa Resources.

The No. 6 hit 1,710 feet 8.9 miles southwest of Kennard in the South Laura LaVelle. The well flowed with four barrels of crude, choke size not recorded. Production is in the 1600.

The No. 31 hit 1,700 feet seven miles southwest of Kennard in the East Laura La Velle Field. This well flowed with seven barrels of crude, choke size not recorded. Production is in the Carrizo.

Johnson County
EOG Resources completed six wells in the East Newark Field

The Core Lab Well No. 6H hit 9,840 feet 5.5 miles northwest of Godley and potentialed 3.030 million cubic feet of gas on a 64/64-inch choke.

The H.F. Alfrey Unit Well No. 1H hit 10,269 feet 1.6 miles southeast of Godley and potentialed 2.606 million cubic feet of gas on a 64/64-inch choke.

The H.F. Alfrey Unit Well No. 2H hit 8,817 feet 1.6 miles southeast of Godley and potentialed 1.694 million cubic feet of gas on a 64/64-inch choke.

The Flores Unit Well No. 3H hit 11,754 feet 5.1 miles east of Joshua and potentialed 4.989 million cubic feet of gas on a 64/64-inch choke.

The Evans Unit Well No. 5H hit 10,797 feet 5.7 miles northwest of Godley and potentialed 2.396 million cubic feet of gas.

The Lake Alvarado Unit Well No. 8H hit 13,990 feet 3.3 miles southwest of Alvarado and potentialed 2.400 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Barnett Shale.

In a lease 7.7 miles northeast of Cleburne in the East Newark Field, Devon Energy completed the Moertle-Hart Neeley (SA) Well No. 1H to 12,943 feet. The well potentialed 3.923 million cubic feet of gas on an open choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.

XTO Energy completed four new wells in the East Newark Field.

The Jimenez Hrs. Unit Well No. 3H hit 10,422 feet. No location was recorded. On a 26/64-inch choke the well potentialed 2.303 million cubic feet of gas.

The Jiminez Hrs. Unit Well No. 6H hit 11,420 feet 4.8 miles southeast of Burleson and on a 24/64-inch choke the well potentialed 2.270 million cubic feet of gas.

The Peggy Unit Well No. B1H hit 10,215 feet 6.3 miles southwest of Crowley and potentialed 3.549 million cubic feet of gas on a 64/64-inch choke.

The Peggy Unit Well No. B3H hit 10,408 feet 6.3 miles southwest of Crowley and potentialed 3.632 million cubic feet of gas on a 64/64-inch choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.

Chesapeake Operating completed six wells in the East Newark Field.

The first two wells are designated the Stephens Well No. 4H and Stephens Well No. 5H. Both wells are five miles northwest of Cleburne in the East Newark Field.

Well No. 4H hit 8,844 feet and on a .75-inch choke and potentialed 2.228 million cubic feet of gas.

Well No. 5H hit 9,855 feet and on a 64/64-inch choke and potentialed 2.291 million cubic feet of gas.

The third well is designated the Mize Family-Stephens (SA) Well No. 1H. The well hit 10,542 feet 5.2 miles northwest of Cleburne and on a .75-inch choke potentialed 2.369 million cubic feet of gas.

The North Fork Well No. 2H hit 10,059 feet 10.2 miles east of Cleburne and potentialed 2.459 million cubic feet of gas on a 64/64-inch choke.

The Cordelia Well No. 2H hit 11,556 feet 8.6 miles north of Cleburne and potentialed 2.702 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke.

The Cordelia Well No. 3H hit 11,616 feet 8.6 miles north of Cleburne and potentialed 2.860 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke. Production in Barnett Shale.

Devon Energy completed the Gatlin-Lyne (SA) Well No. 1H and the Gatlin-Lyne (SA) Well No. 2H in the East Newark Field 8.2 miles southeast of Cleburne.

The No. 1H hit 12,152 feet and potentialed 1.224 million cubic feet of gas on an open choke.

The No. 2H hit 10,742 feet and potentialed 877,000 cubic feet of gas on an open choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.

Panola County
Glassell Producing completed the Panola Development Company Well No. 5 to 9,850 feet eight miles northeast of Carthage in the Carthage Field. On an adjustable choke the well potentialed 812,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Travis Peak.

The McLeroy Well No. 1 was completed by Bowles Energy to 7,000 feet 14.9 miles southeast of Deberry. The well potentialed 238,000 cubic feet of natural gas. The choke size not recorded.

Bowles Energy completed the Maizie Lynch Well No. 1 to 7,010 feet 14.3 miles southeast of DeBerry in the Belle Bower Field. The well potentialed 144,000 cubic feet of gas, choke size not recorded. Production is in the Lower Pettit.

Chesapeake Operating completed the Crump Gas Unit Well No. 1H to 16,190 feet .7 miles southeast of DeBerry in the North Carthage Field. On a 18/64-inch choke the well potentialed 5.150 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Bossier Shale.

Rusk County
Devon Energy completed the Glaspie Gas Unit Well No. 1H to 16,441 feet 14.6 miles northeast of Henderson in the Carthage Field. On an adjustable choke the well potentialed 5.415 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.

Cabot Oil & Gas completed the Trawick Gas Unit 57 Well No. 103 to 9,905 feet 6.1 miles northeast of Cushing in the Trawick Field. On a 28/64-inch choke the well potentialed 960,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Pettit-Travis Peak Consolidated.

San Augustine County
Devon Energy completed the Williams-Chumley Well No. 1H to 18,113 feet four miles west to San Augustine in the Carthage Field. On an adjustable choke the well potentialed 5.400 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.

The Polk Gas Unit Well No. 1H is located 7 miles northwest of San Augustine in the Angie Field. Cabot Oil & Gas completed the well to 10,939 feet. On a 44/64-inch choke the well potentialed 4.200 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the James Lime.

Tarrant County
Devon Energy completed the Clifton Tannahill Gas Unit "A" Well No. 7H and the Clifton Tannahill Gas Unit "A" Well No. 8H in the East Newark. The wells are 4.3 miles west of White Settlement.

The No. 7H hit 10,770 feet and potentialed 1.855 million cubic feet of gas on an open choke.

The No. 8H hit 9,500 feet and potentialed 1.597 million cubic feet of gas on an open choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.

In a lease 1.6 miles, Range Production completed the Trimble Unit Well No. 1H to 9,550 feet in the East Newark Field. The well potentialed 2.601 million cubic feet of natural gas on a 46/64-in choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.

On a 31/48-inch choke the Meacham Well No. W17H potentialed 4.854 million cubic feet of gas. The well is within the city limits of Fort Worth. Operator of the well is XTO Energy. The well hit 11,850 feet in the East Newark Field. Production is in the Barnett Shale.

XTO Energy completed four wells in the East Newark Field.

The first two wells are known as the Vance Unit Well No. 10H and Vance Unit Well No. 11H. They are 4.2 miles northwest of Mansfield.

The Vance Unit Well No. 10H hit 11,170 feet and on a 32/48-inch choke potentialed 981,000 feet of gas.

Well No. 11H hit 10,958 feet and on a 26/48-inch choke the well potentialed 2.230 million cubic feet of gas.

The third well is the TRWD Foster Unit Well No. 3H five miles northeast of Azle. The well hit 11,053 feet and potentialed 2.761 million cubic feet of gas on a 28/64-inch choke.

The J.W. Arlington B Unit Well No. 5H is 12.1 miles east of Fort Worth. The well hit 11,777 feet and potentialed 3.491 million cubic feet of gas on a 40/60-inch choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.

In a lease within city limits of Fort Worth, Chesapeake Operating completed the Poly B Well No. 1H to 11,185 feet in the East Newark Field. On a .75-inch choke the well potentialed 2.15 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Barnet Shale.

Chesapeake Operating completed the Indus State Well No. 2H, the Poly Well No. 2H, the North Skyline Well No. 1H and the GM West Well No. 1H in the East Newark Field.

The Indus State Well No. 2H hit 10,055 feet within the city limits of Fort Worth. This well potentialed 3.844 million cubic feet of gas on a .75-inch choke.

The Poly Well No. 2H hit 10,835 feet within the city limits of Fort Worth. This well potentialed 2.387 million cubic feet of gas on a .75-inch choke.

The North Skyline Well No. 1H hit 11,520 feet five miles northwest of Fort Worth. The well potentialed 3.900 million cubic feet of gas on a .75-inch choke.

The GM West Well No. 1H hit 13,571 feet .94 miles northeast of Arlington and potentialed 3.247 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.
