John, I show Exco had completed one vertical well.

 

Exco, Debroeck 33 #1 Well, Serial #237795, S33-T16N-R13W, Caddo Parish, 286 Mcfd, 16/64" Choke, 500 psi Flowing Pressure

 

yes les we are still geting our 20 dollars a month for the 250 acres

we leased to Exco in this unit.  What a powerhouse of production!!  They should change the name to DEBROKE!!!

Maybe the fourth well drilled (if there is one) will be succesfull, unlike the first three failures.

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
