Has anyone got any info on the permitted Grice wells? Rigs on site? Drilling?

The Grice wells were permitted in August, 2013 and the permit is good for one year so there is still time for Encana to spud a well.  If the wells get bumped in the drilling order Encana can always file for a new permit, the cost is not great.  When a rig spuds either of the wells I will post that information in the Amite County Group.  Suggest you join, Mac.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
