One of these signs was posted at my location for a few days then it was removed. They spud the well and installed what I think is a BOP. What fluid were they disposing of?

They do more than dispose of fluids. That is just the name of their company. They also build locations, etc., cut soil cement and other thinks related to oil/gas field construction.
