I have been offered a Right Of Way easement for a 6 inch gas pipe with a 30 foot wide by approx. 3,000 feet long easement for $6.00 per foot. I have no idea what the going rate is for a 6 inch pipe line is in this area. This is their first offer. I have heard that the price can be as high as $20.00 per foot. Any suggestions ?        Richard
