GM close to Rolling out CNG Vans, Green Fan Cord Reduces Energy Costs and Nissan Introduces the Zero-Emissions Leaf

General Motors has finalized the production process for its compressed natural gas-(CNG) powered Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana full-size vans. The automaker plans to deliver these vehicles with a fully integrated and dedicated GNC fuel system to its fleet customers this fall.

The vans are designed to meet all Environmental Protection Agency and California Air Resources Board emission certification requirements, and will be fully compliant with applicable vehicle safety standards, according to GM.
