Renewable energy has no significant reduction on carbon emission only switching electric power generation from coal to NG and switching transportation fuel from oil to NG will rapidly reduce carbon emission. Also in report fracking has no risk to surface water. If the UK understands maybe US Liberal Administration will learn same and start pushing NG rather than wind, etc. With time NG prices will make Horizontal Shale drilling again possible to make money. Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
