Does anyone have an idea about the going rate per rod for a pipeline easement in rural Harrison County or surrounding counties?

Around Winn Parish. But it all depends on the size of the ROW. Are the ROW your talking about for transmission lines or just gathering systems?

Also, somtimes it makes sense to pay more for a ROW, if it can cut your distance down.

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
