That's kinda like me asking if you I should sell me house. You'd need to know how many kids I have, how many bedrooms my house is, why I want something bigger, how much money I make, what my long term plans for the future are, etc...

Do you have an offer your comfortable with? Do you want to sell your minerals for some reason? In the end the only real thing of value is property. >:)

Randy , no i did not it just makes me sick how these oil companys screw people around and the people don't no any better of what they are signing. I have a full time lawyer that works for me and a land man , and a Geologist that points me in the right direction. I just wont to share some information with every body to show how to protect there self.
