Has anyone received notice of a force pool in Bossier Parish - Sections 7-22 area?

I received a letter today from a lawfirm in Lafayette that said Samson Contour Energy has asked for a force pool in sections 7 - 22 (not all of sections 13 and 20?). It appears to be in 3 formations (Hosston, Cotton Valley and Haynesville (all Reservoir A). I don't know much about this but would like some feedback if anyone else has seen anything like this.

A friend got one looked at it last night takes up most of Haughton city limits.
Becky. It would help move discussion along if you could scan and attach at least the plat portion of the unit application. One of the benefits of GHS is bringing information like this to the members as early as possible. Unless the application is canceled, this unit application will appear in the future on the LOC public hearing schedule but that could be weeks from now. And considering the recent unit application activity by Samson Contour, it may be about time to discuss them as an operator. Thanks for the post. Regards, Skip
Princeton - it appears to be quite a lot bigger than the Haughton city limits. I am north of Hwy 80 (Creekside subdivision area) and it goes northwest to at least to the intersection of Hwy 80 and 164 (but it does not appear that Victory acres area in Section 7 is included at this time). It also goes east past the intersection of 614 and Hwy 80.

Skip - I cannot get my scanner to work today for some reason. I'll try to get that scanned in soon. Also, please note, when I re-read the notice I realized it does not say it has already asked for a force pool, but that it "plans to apply". There is apparently going to be a meeting at the Clarion Hotel in Shreveport about this on April 1 at 10:30 a.m. If this applies to the Haughton area, why would they plan to meet in Shreveport and not out here? And why on a weekday in the middle of the morning??
Becky. The meeting location and day/time is set by the state Office of Conservation. It always conducts its meetings during the work week and in Shreveport for pre-conference hearings covering NW. LA. as far as I am aware. The actual hearing, if held, will be in Baton Rouge so I suggest that Shreveport on a Wednesday is not too bad in comparison. Please scan the plat as soon as it is convenient. I suspect many who live in the area but did not receive a notice letter will be interested. Thanks, Skip
Skip - what happens if those who live in the area don't get a letter?

At any rate, until I can get it scanned, all three zones appear to include ALL of sections 8, 9, 10, 18, 17, 16, 15, 21 and 22. The Haynesville Zone also includes portions of 27 and 28 (not all on the map?). The Hosston zone appears to include all of section 7 and portions of (2?) sections labeled 13.
