Jack's land in is T 10 N R 11 E Section 21
Question I have for experts
In your opinion how many years will I be getting royalty checks from a well, wells in this section before it it played out completely? I'm talking HS and other reservers they may log from the HS well wells.
Jack Blake's inquiring mind wants to hear the experts.......
He also likes what the "cheerleader" and all the cheer leaders say.
Jack can sort out the cheerleader replies from the expert replies.

Jack, most operators have said the typical Haynesville Shale well should produce for 30+ years albeit at reduced rates. So Haynesville Shale production in a single unit could be for 40-60 years depending on the timing for the additional wells. Other shallower formations may be produced during this same time frame or, in the case of the Bossier Shale, actually tack on additional years to the section's producing life.
