Is anyone else having problems with 31 Operating not paying?
A small producer out of Rockwall, TX "31 Operating, LLC" has not paid royalty payments since Feb. 2019. They don't answer or return calls. Beware of doing business with these people!

Same here also. My sister and I have not received payment since May of this year. We are on direct deposit and receive run stub notices from Energylink but no payment. We had David Summers send them a letter last week but no reply yet

They owe me back pay for over a year. They will not answer calls return calls or return emails.

The wells they had paid me on in Webster Parish are operated by Carder Oil Co Org Id 2836. They also have a Rockwall Tx address. 31 Operating doesn't show up as an operator on Sonris just FYI.

The case may be that Carder Oil is the "contract operator" and 31 Operating is the "operator". A fairly common situation and likely if the royalty has been paid in the past by 31 Operating. It appears that most, if not all, of the Carder Oil operated wells were acquired from Samson Contour. 31 Operating does not appear in the pertinent well data on SONRIS.
